RCNP guest house is a short-term accommodation facility for researchers who visit Osaka University on purpose of experiment and research.
PhD and undergraduate students can not use this facility.

The reservation via email message or the accommodation outside the accepted period (the dates shown on the calender) is not available.

料金は1室の料金です。1部屋のご宿泊人数が変わっても料金は同じです。

Reservations for June and beyond will be available as soon as the above calendar opens up.
If the new system is operational in May, reservations for June and beyond can be made through the new system.

Check-in time: After 1 pm. Please pick up your key from the key locker placed at the left hand side of the main-building entrance.
We changed the way of check-in and all keys should be received from the key locker.
Payment should be made by the day of check-out. Once you pay the fee, the money can not be refund. Please make sure of your reservation period.
Only cash is available for the payment.
Check-out time: 10 am. Please return the key to the box placed at the lobby of the guest house.
For the change and cancellation of your reservation, please send an e-mail to usersoffice[at]rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp
The cancellation after the move-in date will not be accepted.
The change in dates of your reservation is only acceptable during the period you have reserved.
If you wish to check-in early, or extend your stay, please reserve the extra days from the web.
Wi-Fi network service: eduroam is available at the guest house. If you need the visitor account, please contact to your contact person at the accepted department.
If you already have the eduroam account from your affiliation and using Windows OS, please refer to the following URL when having trouble connecting to eduroam wifi network.

When you register your residence card, please do NOT designate the address of Guest House as your address.
Please fill in the address of your accepted department.
The guest house can not receive any letter and postal delivery.
Any items left behind after check-out will be kept for one week and then discarded. Please check them again when you leave the room.
The whole area including each guest room is non-smoking.
チェックインは13時以降にお願いいたします。
鍵はロッカーからお受け取りください。
（2022年2月よりすべてロッカー受け渡しに変更となりました）
お支払いはチェックアウトまでにお願いいたします。現金のみご利用いただけます。返金は出来ませんので、スケジュールなどのご確認をお願いいたします。
チェックアウトは10時までです。お支払いがお済の方は、宿舎の鍵返却箱にご返却いただくだけで結構です。
ご予約の変更・キャンセルはメールにてご連絡ください。
チェックイン当日のキャンセルはやむを得ない事情を除き、お受けできません。事前のご連絡をお願いいたします。
予約期間の変更はご予約期間内のみ可能です。チェックイン日が予約期間より早くなる場合や、宿泊期間の延長の場合は、不足日の予約をウェブからご申請ください。
ゲストハウスのネットワークはeduroamがご利用可能です。ご自身の機関での事前接続をお勧めいたします。visitorIDの発行は受入研究室にてお願いいたします。核物理研究センターでは発行できません。
ご所属機関でeduroamアカウントお持ちの方でeduroam wifi networkに接続ができない場合は、下記のURLをご参照ください。（使用OSがWindowsの方のみ）

国外からお越しのゲストの方は、ゲストハウスの住所をレジデンスカードにご記入にならないようにお願いします。
当センターゲストハウスでは郵便物はお受け取りできません。
チェックアウト後のお忘れ物は1週間取り置き後、破棄をさせていただきます。退室の際に今一度ご確認をお願いいたします。
各居室を含む、敷地内は全面禁煙です。
